Agriculture Sales
Job Description:
The Agriculture Sales position will be responsible for promoting and selling agricultural products and services to clients, including farmers and agribusinesses. This role requires in-depth knowledge of agriculture, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers within the agriculture sector and generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing customers.
- Stay up to date on the latest agriculture products, technology, and industry trends.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on the best products for their specific needs.
- Assist with product selection, pricing, and provide technical support where necessary.
- Monitor competitive market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updated to management.
- Process orders and address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Education / Training / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous sales experience in agriculture or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, technology, and farming practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as required.

Material Handler
Job Description:
This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting to the Planner/Scheduler. The Material Handler utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other material handling equipment to move material to internal customers, from trucks and warehouse locations. May record flow information of materials and products. Performs a variety of tasks and works under moderate supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Follow all forklift operation and forklift safety rules
- Check in and put away material for manufacturing site.
- Deliver finished product or parts to other areas of the business
- Load and unload trailers
- Communicate with supervisor with any production issues
- Assist fabrication, assembly & paint personnel as needed
- Fill out daily Forklift checklist
- Utilizing BOMs and prints, keep fabrication, assembly, and paint supplied with proper materials
- Fill in as necessary in other areas of the shop(s)
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
Education / Training / Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing and material handling experience preferred
- Completion of PIT Training (Powered Industrial Truck Training)
Minimum Requirements (Training, Experience, Education):
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Assembly Mechanic
Job Description:
This is an hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Production Manager. This position will perform assembly of manufactured products (Hose reels, Dumpsters, Booster Pumps, Trailers and Tool Bars).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assembles and connects hoses, tires, and frame assemblies.
- May perform some fabrication/welding
- May perform hand grinding after welding
- Read and complete work orders
- Represent R Braun Inc., in a professional manner at all times
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Education / Training / Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and or training in assembly in a machine shop or other manufacturing facility or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to calculate weight and use to determine cost of shipping.
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds.
- Must be familiar with common material handling equipment and be a licensed forklift truck operator.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required.

Manure Handling Specialist
Job Description:
A Manure Handling Specialist is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Operate manure application and pump equipment safely and properly
- Lead the application of manure by directing overall workflow of operations based on field readiness
- Ensure proper rate of manure is applied
- Make certain manure toolbar functions as it should
- Ensure hose is moved efficiently to keep applicator moving
- Make sure hose is moved properly to prevent hose ruptures
- Troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise
- Coordinate repairs services for issues beyond the teams abilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manure equipment
- Assist in movement of pumps and hose from pit to pit and site to site
- Aid in troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Off season duties
- Equipment operation
- Washing machinery and preparing for storage
- Machinery maintenance and repair
- All other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of manure application and experience in production agricultural.
- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred but not required.

- Willingness to work a nonstandard schedule during season
- Willingness to work within a team environment
- Work in various work settings such as but not limited to field, livestock site, warehouse, shop, etc. while being exposed to various climates

Agricultural Service Technician
Job Description:
An Agricultural Service Technician is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Perform quality mechanical work assigned by service manager in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist service manager by advising customers of necessary agricultural equipment service repairs and makes recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance.
- Assist service manager with customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work.
- Maintains in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.
- Responsible for the safety and maintaining a safe working environment and reporting all accidents to the service manager immediately.
- Document on work orders all work performed while repairing agricultural equipment.
- Document all parts used while completing any repair job.
- Record all labor hours worked on work order.
- Inspects all completed mechanical work prior to turning in work order to the Service Manager.
- Recommends new shop equipment which will cut costs in shop and speed up work or which will give the customer more complete coverage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Agriculture industry or knowledge of farm operations is a must.
- Fabrication and welding experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of product line, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Class A CDL preferred or willing to obtain.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
- Excellent attention to details.

Welder/Fabricator
Job Description:
This is an hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Production Manager. This position will perform fabrication tasks to including welding and cutting of materials for RBraun manufactured products including, Hose Reels, Dumpsters, Booster Pumps, Trailers & Tool Bars. Must be able to do all types of welding (MIG, TIG, stick).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand blueprints and plans to determine the appropriate welding methods and equipment needed for the job
- Cutting and shaping metal components utilizing various tools
- Position and secure metal pieces using clamps, braces, and other tools to ensure they are correctly aligned before welding
- Use various welding techniques MIG, TIG & stick, to join metal parts together, ensuring strong and durable welds
- Inspect completed welds and structures for quality and compliance with specifications
- Repair and maintenance existing structures and equipment by removing defective parts and welding new ones in place.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Education / Training / Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience and or training in welding and fabrication or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal properties and welding processes
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CWB) is a plus
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
- Must be familiar with common material handling equipment and be a licensed forklift truck operator
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required
- Excellent communication skills required
